Fête de Noël at Al’s Den, Dec. 22

LA-based artist/producer Scott Fisher returns to Portland in December to celebrate the holidays and his French-American heritage through music. Fisher is the son of former Honorary Consul Claudine Fisher.

His band was hired by the French government to play official showcases at the Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games, and more recently he composed and sang three French-lyric songs on the soundtrack of “The Last Word” starring Winona Ryder.

On Dec. 22 he will pay tribute to his bicultural heritage with a performance at McMenamins Al’s Den in the Crystal Hotel.

Click here for more info on the event, which is free, and which also features Eric John Kaiser.

Ages 21+; songs will be a mix of English and French.
