Le Coin littéraire Will Discuss Sartre’s Le Mur on May 10

LE COIN LITTÉRAIRE, a new French conversation group that discusses literary texts, is free and open to all. Annabelle Dolidon from PSU’s French Department leads the group which will have its next meeting Wednesday, May 10, at the Alliance Francaise.

Le Coin will discuss Le Mur (The Wall) by Jean-Paul Sartre, a collection of short stories published in 1939 containing the eponymous story “The Wall” which is considered one of the author’s greatest existentialist works of fiction. Sartre dedicated the book to his companion Olga Kosakiewicz, a former student of Simone de Beauvoir.

LE COIN LITTÉRAIRE is free and open to all and will again be held upstairs at the Alliance Française in the Versailles Room at 3:30 pm.
