Paris in Portland at Bergerac Bistro

The first Paris-in-Portland dinner of 2018 features cassoulet at Bergerac Bistro, Wednesday, January 17. SOLD OUT!

Bergerac Bistro presents an authentic French menu with recipes inspired by the 
southwest of France. THIS EVENT IS NOW SOLD OUT.

Chef Joris Barbaray hails from Bergerac in La Dordogne, France – 
home to duck confit, Bordeaux wines, and foie gras – and brings the authentic flavors to you in Portland.

Owners Joris and Gisella invite you to come enjoy this savory winter menu:

Salade de poire et fromage bleu
Blue cheese cream, hazelnuts, poached spiced warm pear, arugula,
spiced red wine reduction, French dressing

Cassoulet
Duck & pork confit, white beans, garlic, white wine, dijon, bacon, breadcrumbs

Mousse au Chocolat et Crepes
Dark chocolate mousse, salted caramel sauce, crêpes

Paris-in-Portland style, we’ll be seating people at French-only, English-only, or mixed language tables. Dinner will be served at 7 pm, but please  join us at 6:30 for a complimentary aperitif.
