Bergerac Bistro: Paris-in-Portland Dinner

The first Paris-in-Portland dinner of 2017 is slated at Bergerac Bistro on January 18.

Bergerac Bistro presents an authentic French menu with recipes inspired by the
southwest of France. Head chef Joris hails from Bergerac in La Dordogne, France –
home to Duck Confit, Bordeaux wines, and foie gras – and brings these delicacies to you in Portland. This event is sold out! Please call the office or email us to be put on the waiting list.

Owners Gisella and Joris Barbaray
will create a memorable evening where you’ll enjoy this four-course dinner:

Celeriac remoulade with bacon, walnuts & mixed greens
Confit de canard with roast potatoes, onion jam & mustard
Selection of French cheeses with fresh fruit & baguette (sharing style)
Almond frangipane & berry tart with Chantilly & caramel sauce

And, Paris-in-Portland style, we’ll again be seating people at French-only, English-only, or mixed language tables. Dinner will be served at 7 pm, but you’e welcome to join us at 6:30 for an aperitif.

Click here to reserve your seat at this charming family-run bistro. The $42 price includes gratuity and a French aperitif. Drinks are purchased separately. A vegetarian starter and main are available upon request, but please let us know ahead of time.
