A few spots have opened up up for Frenchman Nicolas Quillé’s wine appreciation/education seminar and curated tasting of France’s sparking and dessert wines.

Originally from Lyon, Nicolas comes from a family that has been in the wine business for three generations. He has a Master’s degree in Winemaking from the University of Dijon, Burgundy and a Master in Wine Business from the University of Reims, Champagne.
