Wine & Spirits Tastings:
Guests at the Beaujolais Nouveau event on November 20 at the Heathman will experience three samples of the 2015 vintage of Beaujolais nouveau from Georges Duboeuf, Joseph Drouhin, and Jean Foillard. The event will also feature select wines from Oregon and Washington, including WillaKenzie Estate, Cooper Mountain, Eola Hills, Ruby Vineyard and Pacific Rim. Featured French imports from Terroirs Originels Beaujolais-Villages Chardonnay from Lucien Lardy and Chenas ‘Vignes de 1939′ from Pascal Aufranc. Terlato wines will feature the ever-popular Côtes-du-Rhône Belleruche Rouge as well as Blanc from Michel Chapoutier. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy Hardy Cognac, Balinoff Vodka, and other premium French spirits.

Bountiful Buffet and Live Entertainment: Tickets include access to the bountiful gourmet buffet that covers the entire Mezzanine and Tea Court levels of the hotel. The menu, prepared by Executive Chef Michael Stanton of the Heathman, competes with the wines as the most popular element of this festival (click here for menu).
