The class has a double goal: preparing you to DELF exam structure and work on all of the aspects one needs to master in order to validate a level to successfully start the next one. The Philosophy of Food and the History of Bread in France B1/B2 IN-PERSON

Bread occupies a unique place in French culture, history, and daily life. In this B1–B2 level workshop, students will explore the cultural, historical, and philosophical significance of bread in France, from its role as a staple food to its symbolic importance in literature, politics, and national identity. Through authentic texts, videos, and guided discussions, participants will examine questions such as: Why is bread so central to French life? How has its production evolved over the centuries? What can bread tell us about social class, tradition, and changing attitudes toward food? The class has a double goal: preparing you to DELF exam structure and work on all of the aspectsone needs to master in order to validate a level to successfully start the next one.
