Don't Miss the Champs-Élysées Film Festival, Oct. 28, 29, & 30





The 11th Annual Champs-Élysées Film Festival opens with a reception Friday, October 28, hosted by the Alliance Française at the 5th Avenue Cinema on the PSU campus. The reception will be at 6:30 and will be followed by the Festival opener, "Mauvaises filles", at 7pm.

Festival artistic director Justine Lévêque will be on hand for the three day festival. Join in on post-screening discussions and perhaps win a gift certificates from St. Honoré

The program continues on Saturday at 7pm with "Bar Atlantic",  a film about the everyday life of the managers of  a neighborhood bar in southern France. "Bar Atlantic" will be preceded by "Sardines", a medium-length film.

The festival concludes on Sunday with 7 short films, starting at 5 pm.

All films are free and open to the public. First come, first served. The 5th Avenue Cinema is at  510 SW Hall St, Portland, OR 97201.



 

PARKING

Street parking on SW 20th St. facing the Kamm House is limited. Free parking is available in Lot A at SW 18th and SW Columbia. Please obtain a parking pass from the office. After 6 pm weekdays, students may park in the Willamette Dental lot at SW 20th and SW Jefferson as available.
