BAKING, LOVE, AND Macarons
Learn to make delicious French macarons in this baking seminar taught by master pastry chef Sandrine Wallace.
Originally from the South of France, Sandrine has put her authentic savoir-faire into creating an original and unique range of 120
macaron flavors which she features at her bakery, French Pastry by Sandrine, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Sandrine will introduce you to the four families of flavors – fruits, chocolates and spices, nuts, and floral notes – which she uses to create her memorable macarons. In this hands-on seminar, you'll learn the secrets of baking chocolate and raspberry macarons.
After registering for the event, you will receive the list of ingredients. Please measure out the ingredients before the class begins, and Sandrine takes you through the recipe.
