Chef Nikolas Iula's love of bistro cuisine comes through loud and clear in his new popup where he applies the craft he learned in the kitchens of Paris.

Open only on Sundays from 5-11pm, in the Yes Please café, 3535 N Vancouver Avenue, Portland, OR 97227.

The charcuterie was dazzling, the steak glorious,  the chocolate mousse suitably decadent, and the wine list well chosen.
