Following a brief introduction to the formation of the Alps, Anastasia Sokolow invites you on a sensory journey into the heart of Mont Blanc—not only its majestic peaks, but also its glaciers, forests, alpine meadows, and valleys, where a rich and layered ecosystem unfolds into a multitude of scents.

Guided through photographs from her favorite treks, you will travel across the landscape and gradually uncover the richness and diversity of its flora and natural environments.

To become fully immersed in the sensory world of Mont Blanc, each participant receives a discovery box containing carefully selected scent ingredients and paper blotters. Smell, compare, and explore the scents that shape Mont Blanc’s olfactory identity—from mineral freshness to wooded depth and vegetal brightness.

This Scented Trek across Mont Blanc culminates with the discovery of *Albho- in situ, a fragrance created as an artistic interpretation of the Mont Blanc terroir. Through this final olfactory experience, you will discover how scent can translate a landscape into emotion, expressed through the Sulékó language of the seasons. Presented in a handcrafted Limoges porcelain flacon, this creation explores the intersection of botany, place, fragrance, emotion, and artistic craftsmanship.

This masterclass is an invitation to experience Mont Blanc in a new light — a living, breathing land whose richness extends far beyond its reputation for alpinism and skiing; it opens a sensory world that each and every one can enjoy.

The masterclass will be presented live via Zoom from Sulékó’s Showroom in Paris by Anastasia Sokolow. It cannot be recorded. It will last one hour, plus a Q&A session

About Anastasia --

Anastasia Sokolow discovered the world of perfume when she joined the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté marketing team in New York.

She then fully immersed herself into this universe, learning about the history of perfume, studying the great masterpieces of French Haute Parfumerie preserved by the Osmothèque Conservatory of Perfume and following high level trainings on scent ingredients and fragrance composition at ISIPCA (the French school of perfumers). She then decided to launch Sulékó, a Perfume House reuniting Perfume and French Artistic Craftsmanship. Her creations were featured in Forbes, FT, Vogue...

Anastasia also teaches the Sulékó language of scents through live and online classes. With Sulékó’s masterclasses and Scented Treks, she wishes to unlock the world of scents for anyone wishing to explore.
