Savor Pain Surprise with salmon or pork rillettes, share a charcuterie platter of salamis, prosciuttos, olives, and pickles, or a cheese platter with Brie, Blue, Cheddar, and Emmental, garnished with fresh fruits and nuts. Sweeten the experience with petits fours like Opera, Dacquoise, Lemon Tart, Berry Tart, and Pumpkin Mont Blanc tart.

• Oregon-based French winemakers: Thibaud Mandet (Clos Griotte) & Dominique Mahé (Furioso Vineyards)
  

Just in time for the holidays, all wines will be available for purchase on-site—enjoy them at the party or take bottles home to celebrate!  Each bottle you take home helps support local wineries and small businesses in our community.
