Cara Black presents Murder in Pigalle

International best-selling author Cara Black will visit Portland to present on her new book, Murder in Pigalle, on Wednesday, March 5 at 7:00 pm.

Cara is a favorite presenter who’s come to our city each year for the past six years to discuss her new books with Alliance members, fans and friends; her books are praised by the New York Times Book Review as “Forever young, forever stylish, forever in love with Paris – forever Aimée,” and by USA Today: “No contemporary writer of noir mysteries evokes the spirit of Paris more than Cara Black…”

The book, to be released the day prior to her presentation in Portland, will be available for purchase and signing by the author. This year’s event will be hosted by the Powell’s at Cedar Hills Crossing and sponsored by the Alliance. The bookstore, located in the Cedar Hills Crossing mall on Cedar Hills Boulevard (close to Best Buy), will set up a theatre-style seating area for accommodating the author presentation and reading.
